1. The exhibitor must can all entries after September 2010.

2. All entries must be in clean, heat-treated, standard canning jars with new lids and rings. RUSTY LIDS, PEANUT BUTTER JARS, MAYONAISE JARS, AND PICKLE JARS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

(To be eligible for the Ball Award described at the end of this section; the jars must be BALL jars sealed with BALL DOME LIDS).

3. Only one entry per lot, except in miscellaneous, and they must be different.

4. Premiums:
        1st - $3.00
        2nd - $2.00
        3rd - $1.00

5.  Entry Saturday, August 6th, 2011, 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.; Sunday, August 7th, 2011, 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
